Furthermore, if you cannot return the rental device set (rental device, MicroUSB cable, instruction manual, device box) at the time of cancellation,or if the returned rental device set is dirty, a penalty of 5,500 yen(Tax included) will be charged.

*Please note that the cancellation will not be approved, and the contract will continue if you have returned only the rental device without completing the cancellation procedure.
Do you have a compensation service?
We are preparing a ‘’safe support’’ as a compensation option service in case of emergency.
Safe support 330 yen(Tax included) /month: solves issues due to sudden failures.

Is transfer or succession of contract to others possible?

"Are there any services or periods available for trial?
We do not provide trial period or service.

Can I designate the start date of usage?
You cannot designate the start date of the usage.
The start date of the service is the shipping date of the product.
The product will be shipped to the registered address within about 7 days after the application is accepted.
However, the number of days until product delivery may vary depending on the confirmation status of the application, natural disasters, incidents, and other reasons.
In addition, please note that delivery and start date of the usage may change depending on the delivery status.
Is it possible to stop the line or network if it is stolen or lost?
The line or network can be stopped.

Also take note that a fee of 550 yen(Tax included) will be charged for each process of stopping and resuming the network, and it will take 1 to 4 days to complete the process of stopping and resuming the network.
Monthly charges and optional monthly charges will be incurred even during the suspension period, and the contractor will be responsible for the charges incurred before the suspension.
In case of theft or loss, we can provide new rental device and for you to be able to continue using the service, but in this case, 13,200 yen(Tax included) will be incurred as the cost of providing a new terminal.

What is the flow of the application?

② An email will be sent to the email address you have entered.
③ Please follow what is written in the email. Please pay the total amount of initial cost + monthly fee for the first month + option fee + consumption tax * at the convenience store.
④ We will ship within about 7 days after payment is confirmed.
⑤ The product will be delivered approximately 1-2 days after shipping. You can use it as soon as it arrives.

* If there are any deficiencies or errors in the information entered or files attached, the application procedure will be delayed. Pay particular attention to the photo of your identity verification document and check if it is not out-of-focus or reflected by the light.

How much can I use with the monthly 100GB?
How fast is the internet connection?
The standard maximum speed is 150 Mbps for download (reception) and 50 Mbps for upload (transmission).
Since this is a best-effort service, the actual usage speed may decrease depending on the usage environment such as the time zone and location.
Although it uses the NTT DoCoMo / au / SoftBank network, the internet speed is different from those of those major carriers.
Is there a data usage limited in the 100GB plan?
With the 100GB plan, you can use up to 100GB per month.
If the total amount of data usage for one month exceeds 100GB, the internet speed will be limited to a maximum of 128kbps from the time of excess to the end of the month.
In addition, although we provide sufficient data capacity for general use, data restriction may be applied to users who use a large amount of data for the purpose of maintaining network quality and fair radio waves usage.
In this case, take measures such as stopping the data or slowing down the data speed to the extreme.
*Data usage may be done by automatic renewal of the application even if you are not operating your WiFi-connected device (smartphone, tablet terminal, etc.) or rental device (WiFi router) used in this service.
Data performed in such cases is also subject to the accumulation of data usage per month.
Is it possible to add the data usage capacity?
We are very sorry, but it is not possible.
Please tell me the available area of ​​the WiFi router.
It can be used in the LTE area of NTT DoCoMo / au / SoftBank.
The network of the most suitable telecommunications carrier is automatically selected and connected according to the area to be used and the environment of the building.
However, please note that you may not be able to use the service in some areas, such as places where radio waves are difficult to reach or areas outside the supported band of this product, even within the area.
Can I select the network (NTT DoCoMo / au / Softbank) to connect?
The network of the most suitable telecommunications carrier (NTT DoCoMo / au / SoftBank) is automatically selected and connected depending on the area you use and the environment of the building, so you cannot change the setting.
Can I use it upon arrival?
Check the SSID and PWD (password) affixed to the back of the terminal, select the SSID on the communication device you are using, and enter the password to use it immediately.
However, some settings may need to be changed, such as when using the App Store or iTunes on iOS devices.

About the Delivery of product

How long does it take to receive the device after applying?
Basically, it takes 7 days after we confirm the payment but it may change depending on the status of the inventory of the terminal.

About the terminal

Can I use any WiFi equipped devices such as a smartphone or tablet?
It is compatible with the wireless LAN standard IEEE802.11b / g / n.
It can be used with smartphones, tablets, PCs, game consoles and IoT devices that support the wireless LAN standard IEEE802.11b / g / n.
Please note that it cannot be used with feature phones and PCs that do not support WiFi, and devices that support only wireless LAN standards other than the abovementioned.
Can the terminal be bought?
Friend Wi-Fi equipment is rented from our company.
The rental fee for the device "U3" currently being provided is 0 yen, so you can use it without paying for the device.
* If you cannot return the rental device set (rental device, MicroUSB cable, instruction manual, device box) by the date specified by the company at the time of cancellation, or if the returned rental device set is dirty, a penalty of 5,500 yen(Tax included) will be charged.
How many devices can be connected and used at the same time?
Available to connect at the same time up to a maximum of 10 devices (we recommend five).
How much time can I use on a single charge?
Continuous use possible time in a fully charged state is up to 12 hours.
However, it will change depending on your usage.
Is it safe to use while charging?
Communication while charging is possible, but it is not recommended as it may lead to deterioration of the battery.
Furthermore, please note that if the battery remains connected to the charger for a long time after charging is completed, the battery may deteriorate or swell.
Is it possible to replace the battery if the battery of the device deteriorates?
The battery cannot be replaced.
Since the battery deteriorates over time due to use, only terminal replacement is supported and 13,200 yen(Tax included) will be incurred.
The device is heating up, is this a malfunction?
"The device may generate heat during use or charging, but rest assured that this is the characteristic of the lithium-ion battery and it is not a malfunction.

Payment

What are the payment methods?
■For individual customers…Payment in the convenience store only.
■For corporate costumers…Invoice payment only.
※In the future, we plan to expand payment methods for both individual and corporate customers.
Is the charge for the month of the start of usage and the month of cancellation pro-rated?
The first month of use will be prorated. In the month of cancellation, you will be billed the full amount of one month's fees.
■First month of use (daily rate)
The first payment will be charged in full.
The second payment will be charged on a daily basis.

Example) In the case of a 2-year plan delivered on 12/16
Date of 1st payment※1: 12/14 Full amount billed: 7,678 yen (December usage: 4,378 yen + initial fee: 3,300 yen)
Delivery date: 12/16
